Refund, Returns and Exchanges
Sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items purchased during special promotions will not be eligible for exchange unless the reason is due to manufacturer defect. Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges may be allowed up to 7 days for in store purchases and up to 10 days (from date of delivery) for online orders.
Our policy is strict due to the rarity of Qiviuk clothing. Each item we sell is hand-made and is very difficult to replace as the time it takes to make an identical item can take between 4 weeks to 4 months.
The shipping fees involved with an exchange shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for exchange is due to manufacturer defect or another issue that is deemed acceptable by the Company Ownership.
There may also be a restocking fee applied for exchanges.
Merchandise being returned must be in the same pristine condition as it was received, unwashed and unworn condition with all its original tags still attached.
We must receive the returning item first so we can inspect the item to ensure that its condition is acceptable.
Please note that the dimensions for each size is listed and because each of our items are hand knitted there is an variance allowance of 2-3cm so before placing your order please be sure to refer to the size chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
The color in the photos online may appear slightly different than the actual item due to individual computer monitor settings. If you are unsure about an item, please contact us prior to placing your order.
