At Qiviuk, we create luxury knitwear using some of the world's rarest and finest natural fibers, including Qiviut (Muskox down), Vicuña, Bison, Alpaca, 14-Micron Merino Wool, and Baby Cashmere.

Each fiber is carefully selected for its exceptional softness, warmth, breathability, and durability. By combining traditional craftsmanship with responsibly sourced natural materials, we create timeless garments that offer unmatched comfort while respecting the environment and the communities that help bring these extraordinary fibers to life.

Whether you are searching for the warmest natural fiber, sustainable luxury knitwear, or heirloom-quality accessories, Qiviuk offers an unparalleled experience of warmth, lightweight comfort, and timeless elegance.

What Is Qiviut?

Qiviut (pronounced Kiv-ee-ut) is the incredibly soft underwool of the Arctic muskox, one of the oldest surviving mammals on Earth.

How Qiviut Is Naturally Collected?

Unlike sheep’s wool, Qiviut is naturally shed each spring rather than shorn. During this seasonal molt, the fine fibers are carefully collected from the Arctic environment, including areas where they naturally gather on shrubs and the tundra.

Is Qiviut warmer than wool?

Qiviut provides exceptional insulation while remaining lightweight and breathable, making it one of the warmest natural fibers available.

Ultra-Soft

Qiviuk creates ultra-soft luxury fabrics and garments from premium natural fibers, including qiviut, vicuña, bison, alpaca, and cashmere, etc. Designed for exceptional comfort and durability, each piece becomes even softer with every wear.

Subtle Warmth

Our luxurious qiviut fiber delivers superior warmth, outperforming wool and cashmere. While remaining exceptionally lightweight. These premium natural fibers create garments that are incredibly warm in winter, yet breathable and comfortable in milder weather.

High Quality

In a world shaped by industrialization and mass production we choose a different path. We combine time honored craftsmanship with state of the art technologies to preserve the integrity of our finest materials and ensure exceptional quality in every piece.

Sustainable Fashion, Crafted to Last

We work closely with Inuit communities in the Canadian Arctic, artisan partners in the Peruvian Andes, Italian textile experts, and skilled artisans around the world. Together, we responsibly source our fibers and transform them using environmentally conscious production methods, preserving traditional craftsmanship while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
