All items sold at discount prices are final sales!!

Items purchased during special promotions will not be eligible for exchange unless the reason is due to manufacturer defect.

Exchange Only, No Refunds!!!

Other purchases bought at regular price may be exchanged, but we will not issue a refund.

Exchanges may be allowed up to 7 days for in store purchases and up to 15 days (from date of delivery) for online orders.We do not offer refunds due to the very rarity and the painstaking work involved in the collecting of the Qiviuk. We rarely have enough raw fibre to keep up with the demand, thus each item we sell is very difficult to replace and the time it takes to create another garment may take anywhere from as little as a few weeks to as long as a few of months.  

We do not profit from the shipping fees as we only charge what the postal service charges us plus handling and materials fees, so for exchanges we must ask that the shipping cost be paid by the consumer unless the reason for exchange is due a manufacturer defect or another issue which we deem acceptable.

Returned merchandise must have the original tags still attached and the garment must be in the same pristine unwashed and unworn condition as when it was received.

Please note that the dimensions for each size is listed and because each of our items are hand knitted there is an variance allowance of 2-3cm so before placing your order please be sure to refer to the size chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

Some colours shown on the website may no longer be available, but we will list only the colours we currently carry in stock. Also the colour in the photo may appear slightly different than the actual item due to individual computer monitor settings. Please inquire about colours prior to placing your order.
