Due to the effects of COVID-19 your order may not arrive as quickly as posted by Canada Post or USPS. Once an order is mailed out we cannot control the delivery dates, but it may take an additional week or more to arrive.
Inventory permitting all Canadian and non-US orders will be sent from our head office in Canada and all US orders will be sent by our US distributor.
We prefer to send out orders once the full compliment is fulfilled in one location that will permit the quickest delivery and when that is not possible, we will send partial orders from Canada and USA or we may need to make to order the garment, in which which case it may take up to 8-15 weeks to make a garment. If this occurs we will contact the customer to confirm that they are aware of and agree with this arrangement.
For shipments sent from the US we use USPS and for shipments from Canada we will use Canada Post. If you prefer to use another shipping method please contact us prior to placing your order and we will see if we can accommodate.
For time sensitive orders please contact us ahead of time so we can confirm whether we can have it ready for you. Otherwise depending on the destination country you should plan to place your order well in advance (at least 2+ weeks, the more lead time the better).
We are hesitant to send orders from Canada to US customers due to additional costs involved due to necessary permits and fees required by USFW. These additional costs will have to be covered by the customer. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding this.
