We primarily ship our online orders from our New York boutique, however, because Qiviuk is such a difficult fiber to collect, our stock in New York may be unavailable at the time of your purchase. In order to serve you faster we may be required to ship your order from our location in Canada.

*Please note, shipments from Canada to the US may experience delays of 2-3 weeks, possibly longer due to these shipments requiring to be cleared by US Customs. In order to help reduce the wait time we plan to send our US orders altogether to our US colleague monthly for them to separate and ship accordingly. This will hopefully help ease your wait time.

Items being shipped from the US shall be sent through USPS with the method on the website that applies. Delivery should take 6-14 days depending on destination and time of year.

Items that are shipped from Canada will be sent through Canada Post via Express Post, Expedited or Tracked International. Each of these options includes tracking, insurance and a transit time between 6-14 days depending on destination and time of year.

Unfortunately, Canada Post does not offer a flat rate package like in the USA countries so each package will have different costs due to the difference in weight, size and travel distance so you will need to provide that information.

International destinations may take longer to arrive due to the need to pass through various customs offices and possible differences in Postal delivery standards.

Please note that North American shipments will be tracked the entire way, while once parcels leave North America you may need to contact your local postal service office directly for further assistance and updates.

For time sensitive orders for special occasions such as a birthday or Christmas, please be sure to order at least 3 weeks in advance to account for possible delays in delivery, especially during the Christmas season or the possibility in a shortage of stock for that item. International customers may need to place orders even earlier to ensure enough time for the order to arrive.
